Exchanges on unwashed and unused items can be made within 30 days from purchase date
If you choose our $5 buy back program, we can purchase your washed and worn cloth diaper within 14 days of your trial period. This of course will be done at our discretion. The item must be in excellent condition and should not have stains, or tears
We guarantee all our products against defects in workmanship and materials up to six months from date of purchase
If you have received a defective item, please return it and it will be promptly repaired or replaced and shipped back to you at our expense. Defective items are those which have a construction mistake that makes the item unusable
Examples of these mistakes include (but are not limited to) unsecured snaps or those that have fallen off or unraveled serging or stitching
Items are not considered defective: If you decide you do not care for them or if they do not meet your performance expectations
